TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valley Adventures Limited is our legal entity – SUP Adventures UK is the trading name of Valley Adventures Limited.
PAYMENT
When booking a SUP Adventures course (product), full payment is taken from the Customer through the secure Bokun Booking website linked to our SUP Adventure’s website. The booking or bookings are governed by our Terms and Conditions, and a booking is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A Disclaimer is expected to be completed and signed by the customer or the gift voucher recipient prior to the commencement of a SUP Adventures UK Course. The disclaimer is to state that the customer:
- Can swim a minimum of 50 metres.
- Minimum age is 10 years old.
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect or present a risk to your own safety or others.
- Do not have COVID or displaying any symptoms of COVID at the time of the course.
- Valley Adventures Limited do not accept any liability for loss
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made no later than 1 week in advance of the booked course date. Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
3 weeks or more from the course start date = full refund
2 weeks before course start date = 50% refund
Less than 1 weeks before course start date = no refund.
If the booking is changed prior to the course start date, Valley Adventures Limited (SUP Adventures) will make every effort to reschedule the requested booking.
PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS & DAMAGE
The Valley Adventures Limited (SUP Adventure) assumes no liability in respect of personal injury, loss, damage or third party claims which occur through no fault of its own or its instructors.
EQUIPMENT
The Valley Adventures Limited (SUP Adventure) equipment will be used for the activity, unless otherwise agreed. If the customer should damage or lose any Valley Adventures Limited (SUP Adventures) equipment, the customer shall pay for any repairs or replacements.
YOUR COMMITMENT
The customer agrees to abide by all decisions and adhere to all instructions that Valley Adventures Limited (SUP Adventures) instructors make whilst under their supervision.
